I have always loved drawing portraits. I also loved cheesy 80’s movies, horror, and animals. So, I combined these things. While I mostly stick to my portraits in colored pencil, watercolor, and gouache, sometimes I throw in a curveball like linocut or screenprinting. I spent a ridiculous amount of time in art school learning new mediums such as letterpress, stained glass, fibercrafts, and photography, so I will continue to develop my style and incorporate these other mediums into my work.

My ultimate goal is to open a studio here in my small town where people can gather and play with some of the materials and art-making techniques I have come to love.
